LAND USE DEVELOPMENT

The attorneys in the Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group are uniquely qualified to advance and protect clients' interests in the land use development process.  Mason, Griffin & Pierson's tenure as counsel to numerous New Jersey municipalities provide the firm with a balanced understanding of land use and development issues.  This perspective enables the firm to facilitate the grant of the numerous approvals required to develop New Jersey real estate.  The Group's philosophy is team-oriented, coordinating the development project as a liaison between the client and the engineer, architect, and the relevant State, County, and municipal regulatory agencies.  All aspects of the development process are analyzed, coordinated and guided by the firm's attorneys to expedite the development approval process. Some of the legal services provided to meet these goals include:
