Paul M. Bishop is a Director with the firm. Paul’s practice focuses on business, commercial, and general litigation. Throughout his career, Paul has represented clients in a variety of complex disputes in federal and state court involving contracts, commercial issues, fraud, insurance law, corporate law, constitutional issues, bankruptcy, employment discrimination, copyright/trademark infringement, and personal injury. Paul’s wide-ranging experience allows him to handle a variety of litigation matters with ease and skill.

Paul is known for managing legal matters efficiently and economically from inception to conclusion of trial and through any subsequent appeal process. He is particularly adept at all facets of the litigation process, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, trial and appeal.

Distinctions

Paul served as a law clerk for the Honorable John J. Harper, J.S.C. (ret.), Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County.

Paul was also a member of Brach Eichler’s 2021 Healthcare Litigation Department of the Year awarded by the New Jersey Law Journal.

During law school, Paul was an associate editor of The Labor Lawyer. He was also selected as a member of the Justinian Honorary Law Society (reserve for the top 15% of his graduating class), was listed in Who’s Who Among American Law Students, and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in the study of Appellate Advocacy.
