Kester R. Pierson is a retired attorney with Mason, Griffin & Pierson, P.C. He joined the firm as an Associate in 1956 and was named Partner in 1965. The firm’s name has included his name since 1973 when Hervey S. Moore left the firm to serve as a Judge in Mercer County Court. Kester took a leave of absence in 1959 for a year and a half to serve in the Office of the United States Attorney in Trenton, New Jersey. Kester’s long history of practicing law has included estate planning, wills and trusts, taxation and residential real estate transactions. His learned counsel has been a time honored advantage not only to his clients, but to his colleagues at the firm as well.
