Madison is an Associate with Mason, Griffin & Pierson, P.C. She joined the firm in 2026 and is a member of the firm’s Employment Law and Litigation Practice Groups.

Before joining the firm, she worked at Freiwald Law, P.C. In Philadelphia, practicing medical malpractice and personal injury law and Console Mattiacci Law practicing employment law. She also was a former law clerk to the Presiding Judge of the Mercer County Civil Division, the Honorable Douglas H. Hurd, P.J.

Madison received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2022. Prior to law school, Madison completed a Bachelor of Sociology at Rutgers University in 2016.

During law school, Madison was a staff editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. Madison was also a student recipient of the Mary Philbrook Public Interest Award and a finalist in the Hunter Appellate Advocacy competition.
