Salma T. Chand, Esq. has become associated with the firm. Ms. Chand earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from Rutgers University.
Ms. Chand recently served as a member of the New Brunswick Planning Board, and previously as a Law Clerk in the Office of County Counsel for Essex County, as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Carmen Messano, P.J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Claire C. Cecchi, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Chand is a member of the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association and the South Asian Bar Association. Ms. Chand is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and practices in the areas of Local Government Law, Real Estate Law, and Land Use Law.

Pickett is a member of the firm’s Estates & Trusts Practice Group and assists with estate planning and estate and trust administration matters, including estate, gift, generation-skipping transfers (GST), and inheritance tax issues. Before joining the firm, Julia was the former law clerk to the Presiding Judge of the New Jersey Tax Court, the Honorable Mala Sundar, P.J.T.C.
