Chand Joins Firm

Salma T. Chand, Esq. has become associated with the firm. Ms. Chand earned a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from Rutgers University.

Ms. Chand recently served as a member of the New Brunswick Planning Board, and previously as a Law Clerk in the Office of County Counsel for Essex County, as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Carmen Messano, P.J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and as a Judicial Intern to The Honorable Claire C. Cecchi, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Chand is a member of the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association and the South Asian Bar Association. Ms. Chand is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and practices in the areas of Local Government Law, Real Estate Law, and Land Use Law.

  • Girls on the Run

    The firm is a sponsor for the June 2nd and 9th Girls on the Run 5K races in Fair Haven and downtown Somerville, respectively. Girls on the Run is a program for girls in grades 3 through 8 where teams of girls work with coaches and volunteers who assist in teaching life skills through engaging lessons and running.   • Strawberry Festival Fundraiser
