New Jersey Supreme Court Case

Elizabeth Zuckerman will be arguing in the NJ Supreme Court on February 3rd, in the case of Wild v. Carriage Funeral Holdings, Inc. The case involves the issue of whether an employee who uses medical marijuana can be terminated for failing a drug test. Ms. Zuckerman will be arguing on behalf of Amicus NELA-NJ.

  • Robert J. Davidow Appointed General Counsel – West Windsor Parking Authority:

    On July 14, 2021, Robert J. Davidow, Esq., an Associate Attorney with our firm, was appointed as general counsel to the Board for the West Windsor Parking Authority. Mr. Davidow, as a member of the firm’s Local Government Practice Group and Litigation Practice Group, is looking forward to his role in assisting the Authority with fulfilling its objectives and duties to its resident visitors.
