Schmierer on Faculty of Planning Officials

Edwin W. Schmierer, Esq. a Director of the firm will be an instructor on March 8, 2014 for the New Jersey Planning Officials training program for members of planning boards and zoning boards of adjustment. Mr. Schmierer will be one of the faculty that will train experienced members of these land use boards regarding issues related to conflicts of interest, legal standards of review for variance relief, etc. Mr. Schmierer chairs the firm’s Government Practice Group and represents planning and zoning boards of adjustment on behalf of the firm. The seminar which will be held at the Burlington Township Municipal Building starting at 8:30 AM. Any one interested in attending should contact NJPO: [email protected]

    Robbinsville Township hosts its 2019 State of Robbinsville Township Address on April 30th. The fundraiser benefits the Mercer Street Friends “Send Hunger Packing” Program. Mercer Street Friends serves more than 20,000 families throughout Mercer County who face poverty.
